1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by private customers (B2C) through our online shop www.popout.ch

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an non-binding product presentation. By submitting your order, you are making a binding purchase offer. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent automatically by e-mail.

4. Products and Personalization We offer, among other things, personalized gift items. For production, we require image or text data uploaded or entered by the customer.

– The customer is responsible for the legality of the provided content (e.g., no copyright infringement, no unauthorized photos of third parties) – The uploaded data will only be used to create the product and will be deleted after 30 days

5. Prices and Payment All prices are in CHF including statutory value-added tax. The available payment methods are: – Advance payment by bank transfer – Credit card – TWINT – PayPal

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

6. Delivery Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland by our shipping partners. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process. The delivery time is usually 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.

7. Returns and Right of Withdrawal There is no right of return for personalized products, as these are individually manufactured for you.

8. Reservation of Title The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Warranty and Liability Statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for liability are excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular in cases of improper use, operating errors, or minor deviations in presentation (e.g., in colors or positioning for personalized items).

10. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of popout GmbH in Zurich.

11. Changes to the GTC We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
